All product details, including origin, processing method, roast level, and weight, are clearly stated. As coffee is a natural agricultural product, slight variations in flavor notes may occur between batches.
2- Orders and Payment
Customers must provide accurate and complete information during checkout to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
We accept approved electronic payment methods available within the State of Kuwait and GCC countries.
Cropskw reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3- Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within the State of Kuwait and to all GCC countries.
Delivery times and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.
4- Product Freshness and Storage
Our coffee is roasted and packed to maintain optimal freshness. We recommend storing coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve quality.
5- Intellectual Property
All logos, images, product descriptions, and visual content related to Cropskw are the exclusive property of Cropskw and may not be used or reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
🔄 Exchange and Return Policy
Due to the nature of coffee as a consumable food product, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:
- The product received is damaged during delivery.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, providing proof (photos and order number).
